Laman Tamara is a Malay village home built in the 1960s, its original tropical design lovingly retained. It is old-world charm with today's comforts — a pool, air-conditioned bedrooms, and an 800 sq ft open kitchen and dining hall looking out over the pool, pond, and forest beyond.
Laman means garden, and the one-acre grounds live up to the name: a spring-fed fishing pond with a pavilion and boat deck, an orchard of fruit trees, a badminton court, and a BBQ pavilion — all yours, exclusively, for the length of your stay.
